We roast our coffee using a state-of-the-art Loring convection roaster. We decided on convection roast as we feel this method helps to retain flavour and ensure an even roast. So what is convection roasting? Basically hot air gently roasts the entire bean, starting from the centre and moving outwards. The great thing about convection roasting is that it is environmentally friendly, helping us to dramatically reduce emissions and improve our footprint.
